This is the 3 minute instant version of black bean sauce that can be used over rice or noodle. This is also called "Jjajang." This is originally a Chinese recipe but became extremely popular in Korea that there is a Jjajangmen (black bean sauce and pork over noodle) delivering everywhere just like pizza deliveries in the US. This instant version is pretty good when you're busy and all you have is rice at home.
So there is the package of sauce inside the box.
You need to put this in a boiling water for 3 minutes.
Simply pour over rice.
Use sliced cucumbers and Taikon as garnish and it's all ready to be devoured.
